Josef Meyer
Managing Partner (holder of the « Maitrise fédérale »).
After obtaining his agricultural diploma, Josef Meyer settled in Jussy. He has been managing the « Crest Family » for over 30 years with great composure and know-how.
By his dynamic, proactive and somewhat avant-gardist nature, Josef always has new plans with a view to bringing about some change for the Domaine to move with the times.
Very active within his branch of industry, he has also put a lot of effort into regional politics, into different associations and also accompanied several research projects. Josef is currently president of the Swiss Beet Grower Federation and an active member of the foundation in charge of the Genevan farm products’ Promotion Office.
Esther Dos Santos-Meyer
Managing Partner (Business economist).
Esther Dos Santos-Meyer spent her entire childhood in the picturesque setting of the Domaine. After studying economics and management, and gaining a few years of experience in finance, she joined the company in 2011.
Wiser for this experience, in 2012 she became an associate in the company and increased her qualifications by obtaining her agricultural diploma in 2013.
Esther masterfully manages the whole administration and communication of the Domaine with great dynamism and desire to satisfy customers.
Dominic Walter
Managing Partner (Agricultural Engineer).
After his apprenticeship as a farmer and an agricultural engineer diploma under his belt, Dominic Walter became an associate in the company in 2002. Since then, he brings his expertise, on a daily basis, especially to the Domaine’s agricultural activity. Naturally curious and passionate, he does not save his strength to make the Domaine evolve towards an increasingly environment-friendly agriculture.
Experienced apprentice trainer, Dominic accompanies several youngsters every year through their apprenticeship and transmits all his know-how to them.
This knowledgeable team is enhanced by the collaboration of some 20 qualified and experienced staff who work harmoniously in the property’s various fields of activity.
There is a palpable team spirit at the Domaine Château du Crest!
Julien Morel
Oenologist.
Passionate about his job, he brings all his expertise to the Domaine with great refinement! He enjoys sharing his knowledge and taking the time to explain, even to the most novice, the elaboration of wines according to each vine specificity.
Xavier Delfolie
Vineyard Manager
The «Practical Man» of the Team! True expert of the vineyard, he has been lavishing care on our precious bunches of grapes for almost ten years!
Gabriel BENE
Oenologist «at heart ».
Former Managing Partner at the Domaine, you may quite often come across him on site. « In the depths » of the cellar or during wine tastings, his precious advice and his expertise, as regards to oenology, are always much sought-after and very valued by the team.

Shepherd
Isolated in our high mountain pasture « La Lettaz », he has been keeping brilliantly, for about ten years, our colleagues’ cows entrusted to him during the warm season.

The «versatile man» of the wine team! Coming from the restaurant industry, he approaches customer relations in an easy and dynamic way but also adapts very well to the vineyard work.
