The Sauvignon is highly aromatic and fragrant, with aromas of exotic fruit (passion fruit), citrus (grapefruit) and blackcurrant. Pleasantly fresh on the palate. There is a good balance between roundness and liveliness. The finish is persistent and saline, with citrus and lychee notes.
